Having used a slittled paddle for nearly a year now, I still find it to be a great asset. The FlowForce one-piece is even better, so lightweight, and the catch is very smooth. The power phase of the stroke creates no flutter at all. Not only is this an 'easy' paddle to use, but it feels like it's putting no strain on any part of my body. I've used it for longer days on the water and also sprints, and it copes with it all. I would have no hesitation in recommending the FlowForce to a beginner or more seasoned pro.
