The cane tips arrived quickly and were packaged safely. All the parts were beautifully made and easy to assemble onto my cane. The points are easy to interchange and put on. So far the rubber tip has served me well on my neighborhood walks. I have not had the opportunity to use the ice tip as it is summer, but it looks as it should.
Very satisfied with my purchase and the company. I will be buying from Lee Valley again and will not hesitate to recommend them to other cane users.
