Instead of going on your feet, these go in your shoes! I put patches in the heel of a pair if loafers that were unwearable because of the rubbing. The patches saved me from getting rid of an expensive pair of shoes. Unfortunately, I somehow lost the remaining patches, so I haven't tried them in my most important walking shoes. But I am just about to order more.
