I loved making this cake. It was very easy to understand the directions how to combine ingredients and prepare the gold leaf.
I made the cake this morning and served it still a bit warm to a group in the afternoon. The raves were awesome. I did not admit that the cake came from a "box " although a few closer friends were informed.
