So far so good. The boots are comfortable and waterproof. I would like to know if the soles are replaceable. It’s not clear if they can be resoled. The tongue is cut quite low, so if wading through water or mud deeper than about 2 or 3 inches I think the water would come in. It would have been nice to have some cleaning and maintenance instructions with the boots. The instructions on the Grisport website are generic and I can’t tell which apply to this particular boot. The sole is good: it doesn’t trap stones. The boots are bouncy: like running shoes. This makes them comfortable and easy to wear. They are easy to lace. I can’t tell how durable they are: I’ve so far worn them about 5 times in wet and rocky conditions, including wet peat and marsh. They performed fine. My usual size is 38 and I bought 39 to be sure to have room for socks. They are fine but I think another time I might get 38 or buy both sizes to compare.
