We have had these shades in our living room bay window and our home office area for over five years. Just recently, one of the shades broke. I was unsure as to whether I would be able to find the exact shade and color and, since it was one of three matching shades in our bay window, finding the correct one was important. I was able to find our old order from 5 years ago, contacted Blindster Customer Service and received an email the next day with a link to the correct product on the Blindster website. It worked out perfect.
