I previously submitted a review (maybe a Little hastily!!) of Direct 4 baby. I said it was the only site I could find where they sold the whole package (2 seat units, carrycot & chassis) for such a reasonable price. Also offering to spread the payments on finance was a massive help to us! So easy! - this still stands. However I had an email to say it would be arriving 21 Feb by DPD. It did not arrive. Phoned D4B And spoke to Jay, very helpful and had it arranged to be delivered the next day (Saturday). Indeed it did turn up then as jay had arranged. However, very disappointed to open the box and find out that it’s a completely different colour to what we ordered (pictures below!) we are not bothering with sending it back as the pram is still nice in the darker grey - and perhaps more practical anyway, - but just to be aware of Any future purchases that this doesn’t happen to anyone else! Xxx
