I purchased this for my 20 month old for Halloween. I ordered the 2-3T size. He is average for his height and weight. This is a little big for him, but not too big that he can’t wear it. He is so cute in this! The material is amazing, holds up well, and it’s reflective! Have received so many compliments. Great quality, definitely recommend.
