I've had the ECM Synchronica for just over a week now and I'm thoroughly enjoying it. The quality of the construction is impressive, quite a step up from my previous machine. The results I've had so far have been very good.
Service from Rinaldo's was equally impressive, I had a telephone conversation with them in the morning and the machine was delivered and up and running in my home that afternoon
