Hi Oliver, Yes, I am very happy with the conversion kit. Please find before and after photos of bike, as you can see the motor is only slightly larger than the dynamo hub which it replaced. I only fitted the thumb throttle as it was only being used as a crawler gear for steep inclines when the bike was fully loaded with the dog, and as the throttle is spring loaded and fail safe it does away with the need for e- bike brake levers. The battery stays in the front basket secured to the basket by its velcro straps, and charging lead passes through gap in basket to battery socket. It has been further weather proofed by an addition of a nylon cover and is virtually invisible. This type of conversion is tailor made for this dutch upright bike and similar city type hybrids. My wife loves it! I cannot comment on the range yet, but as it is only used for a bottom gear i think a weekly charge will be sufficient.
