Very happy with it. 2.5 hours to assemble (30 minutes to unpack - ridiculous amount of packaging!). Had a few cooks on it, both low and slow, and hot and fast, does both very well. Sears with no problem, very good steaks and chops. Even better smoked pork shoulder. The only 2 negatives I can see is that it EATS charcoal, I'm only using briquettes now as they last longer, and no spare probes from any UK supplier, although I'm sure they'll come soon. Overall I'm very impressed and pleased with it. And BBQ Land customer service is excellent :)
