Out of 28 people I was the only girl on the bbq course! 😀 But what a great course. Our tutors, Andrew & Joe, were first class. I learnt so many new techniques and got to cook some pretty awesome dishes. Tomahawk steaks, fondant potatoes, miso butter sweetheart cabbage, sliders, salmon, brownies. We used a whole variety of bbq's and everything we learnt was totally transferable to your own particular bbq. There was a Q&A session too whilst we waited for the chocolate brownies to come out of the bbq! Don't think twice about going on one of these courses. I'm already booked on another!
