I was looking for a quality saffron to use in Moroccan dishes, and I’m very pleased with this Persian Saffron. As always, a little goes a long way and yields a beautiful vibrant hue in rice. I’ve incorporated it in beef and chicken stews as well as rose/saffron ice cream and yogurt! It’s wonderful and I will restock when necessary! Small tins will make lovely holiday gifts too, so looking ahead to that! Thank you!
