Had an issue with the 45 ceramic shaft being damaged on delivery which was only found after set up. Contacted Charterhouse who passed my issue off and said I needed to contact Red Sea. After some back and forth emails with Red Sea they provided me with a replacement shaft. This was after receiving a condesending email telling me to be careful with this replacement. Apart from this, the item has been great with super app support
