Love this product. It made my skin feel more hydrated within a week. After the third week my skin felt plump and youthful. I also noticed a slight improvement on my keratosis pilaris, skin is more smoother. The taste is pleasant and is very easy to ingest but I prefer it chilled rather than room temperature.
