I am a size 9 ladies and the medium is perfect. I bought them in both styles quarter crew and sock. I have had planter fasciitis on and off for 3 years.
I started with the sleeve and found it fantastic, so decided to try the socks and I can honestly say they work .
They really support your feet and I have found these the best. I have been wearing them everyday.
