This was a very good tour . Starting in the north and ending up covering Stuart Island ans landing in Dunedin was a daunting challenge for Gregor and Donavin. So much land to cover!
So many opportunities to see different landscapes and consequently different birds.
I thought forest bathing was my go to medicine but now I think estuaries are better medicine for me. Both situations are so enjoyable and our guides repeated the application almost daily.
Our group was small and cohesive. It was a very enjoyable trip.
