Decent reception at first. Cable lengths are short if you plan on mounting radio under passenger seat. After 3 months NMO antenna mount broke at center threading, not reparable... no warranty... called support and got a good will discount but still expensive to replace. Took the offer while i look for other mounting options as I use this radio daily. Support was fast but I expected more than "be more careful" considering the only force exerted on the antenna was wind from driving. Looking at the broken piece there is corrosion inside the break, may have started out as a small crack but no way to know for sure. Hopefully the replacement is more durable. Caveat emptor
