What a beautiful time together, you & me on my yoga mat with candles lit, in my homestead in the Kootenay mountains. (PS if you haven’t visited here, you would fit right in!) It has been a delight being led by you, your energy and your focus. I’m so definitely not able to accomplish all the positions, but I appreciate that you think I could with sustained practice;) it’s been a delight connecting in to this community.
