Don’t normally write reviews but hopefully this helps someone. I’ve had trouble falling and staying asleep for a couple years, figured I’d give this a shot and it’s definitely helped. Initially tried 1 mL(300 mg) before sleep but i ended up needing 2mL (600 mg) usually hold it under my tongue for a couple min. Only wish it wasn’t so expensive so i wouldn’t have to think if i can fit it into my budget.
