I originally ordered a 2.07 carat, but was informed that stone was out of stock. I was disappointed. Ritani, immediately started sourcing other diamonds and worked to make things right. They ultimately sourced me a 2.1 carat with near identical specifications (4c’s and dimensions). The “new” stone was more expensive, but they gave it to me for the original price I paid. The stone is beautiful and the service was excellent. I just had the stone set and it appraised for $2200.00 more than I paid for it!
