I use this product for everything. I have bad problems with my hormones and sugar. But I love my sweets. This product gives me the sweet taste and not the bidder taste or the hurting. I recieved another package today but it was destroyed due to Amazon leaving it next door and not at my house, so a dog got ahold it ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
