Rarely do I offer up a review but for this product I will. The customer service was amazing. I borrowed the 10x20' tent from a friend for my daughter's sweet 16 masquerade party. Wanted a tent that was very elegant. Quickly erected the tent to see how it would look and loved it. Ordered two 10x10' that night (sold out of a single 10x20'). Unfortunately we did not tie this tent down and that night had some severe wind storms. Found the tent upside down on the other side of the yard. The only damage was a few cross piece that had snapped and some bent screws. The party was a week away and luckily I was able to order individual cross pieces to replace what broke. The sales agent (Green) simply asked me what I needed and sent them out free of charge. Made sure they were sent out ASAP. Once everything was repaired and decorated it was perfect. Properly tied down the tents, with all of the sides in place, easily withstood 22 MPH winds which we had the day of the party. I cant attest to their ability to keep out rain yet as we only had them on the one day, however, i did not see any gaps that would let in water.
