I don't mind that they are closed to the expiration date. I keep them in the coldest part of my refrigerator, so I can enjoy them for a long time. I add one in my fresh vegetable salad; one in my fish or meat bowl; one in my eggs with flaxseed powder and Hemp seeds. I don't add any salt to my food. The olives bring out the flavor of my food.
