I got these Alpha Lipoic capsules to help with promoting more energy. I’ve been taking them with my breakfast in the morning and so far haven’t noticed too much difference, but I will keep taking it every morning and hopefully will feel a difference. I do like that it’s gluten free and non-GMO.
