I tried the recommended 2 heaped teaspoons for my first brew and found it too strong and bitter (I admit I’m a latte person really) but once I had found the right strength for me (about half) and added milk the flavour was really very nice. Even better, I could have 2 cups 😉. Folk who like a strong black coffee are going to love it. Not to mention the added bonus of collagen! I haven’t tried it iced yet but I think it will be lovely. I should mention it dissolves really easily with no clumping.
