My husband and I were both very surprised at how easy it was to set up the first time. We took our time and even put the walls up. It took about an hour the first time. The second time however it only took us maybe 20 minutes to get all the velcro straps done and the sandbags we got to attach to it. The quality far surpasses some of the other canopy tents I have seen other people use.
