I ordered a set of Vulcan Alpha bumper plates from an APO box at a US military base in Europe and I received the plates in under a week. It took about 4 days to get the original sipping quote, but things moved quickly after that. After a quick soap and vinegar soak, wipe, rinse, and being left out to dry overnight, I moved the plates into my home gym in the basement and tested some of the positive bounce and noise reviews. Everyone was correct that these are excellent plates for the home user. Can't wait to use them outside in the Summer when the weather warms up. I am thrilled with my purchase and will look to Vulcan Strength again in the future if I need additional equipment.
