I am so happy with this certification! I have learned so much and can now not only expand my business but also help pregnant clients stay strong and help postpartum mamas get their strength back up after baby arrives! I am also a postpartum mama myself and it has helped me have the knowledge to know how to regain my strength after both my babies!
