I had to apply for a bat licence for my roof space conversion as it was the breeding location between May & September for soprano pipistrelle. The klicence was granted and of the 2 options given for the alternative bat home I had to provide - this was by far the cheapest option. The number of bats I potentially had to homewas around maybe 50. 3 tubes were required. My builders fitted them perfectly and they were signed off. Photoshows the 3 installed at the top of the house, by the gable.
