I have booked 2 holidays through Paula and each time she has made the whole experience a pleasure. She listened to what I wanted & delivered and some, each time. She is knowledgeable, friendly and really goes above and beyond to get the best, most suited holiday for you. I will continue to use Paula as my holiday lady as she is amazing!! It’s 5 stars from me
