The purchase was simple and easy. Mandy with customer service was great and very helpful throughout the whole process. We received our purchase in a reasonable amount of time in 3 large boxes. With 2 adults, we completed the trampoline set-up in 1-2 hours.
The basketball hoops are separate items and be easily attached/removed from the netting. They have definitely added much more fun to our trampoline experience!
