I’ve been taking 2 shakes a day for 4 weeks now and can honestly say I have found a huge difference for the better in my mood swings, anxiety, brain fog and hot flashes. I have also lost a few pounds over the last month too, which has improved my overall mood too. I have not felt hungry between shakes which means much less snacking! My sleep pattern has also improved, far less waking episodes through the night. The shakes are tasty although they did take a few days for me to get used to as they are quite grainy. I found blending 2 scoops with half oat milk, half water and some ice made the consistency more palatable for me. My favourite combination was scoop of chocolate and scoop of vanilla with a small teaspoon of decaf instant coffee. Highly recommend.
