After 20+ years with AT&T I switched to US Mobile. AT&T's customer service is just awful; I dreaded having to call them knowing that I would be transferred repeatedly and end up spending an hour on the phone. I've been with US Mobile since Sept 2022 & in that time I've not had one problem with my service. Not only that, but I had a problem with AT&T refusing to unlock my phone (I had to file an FCC complaint) and I was able to communicate with US Mobile by email and always received quick, friendly responses. The best part is I'm only paying $19.91/month with US Mobile. I highly recommend them!
