I love the Cressi Duke mask, and it was delivered quickly. My only issue is the way the snorkel clicks to the mask; the plastic is very hard to push by hand to remove, but I found a slender piece of metal that works like a charm with no struggle. My suggestion is to suggest using a butter knife or similar, or to include a tool to remove the snorkel easily.
