I had surgery to repair damage caused by an accident. The cut goes lengthwise from the toes down over the ball of the foot towards the arch (about 4 inches long), which means i cannot walk. My only way of getting around was on crutches, which are very limiting, as you can't use your arms. The shoe has been a game-changer. I still need to use the crutches for longer 'walks', but I use the shoe inside the house and have my arms free to do things. I'm so happy i got it.
