US Mobile has been the best mobile service my wife and I have had since we started using cell phones. From ATT, Verizon, Sprint, etc, we always felt we had to pay for much more than we were using. With USM, we have a shared data plan that suits our phone usage perfectly, at the lowest monthly price we've ever had. And if we travel and need additional data, it's extremely easy to bump our data for the month. Every time I've needed some help with changes or updates (usually a new feature that lowered my costs), it's only taken a few minutes using the great Support via the chat tool. I've shared my view with others, including our daughter, who switched over to USM. It was so easy to switch to USM, while keeping our existing phones and cell numbers.
