There is sooo much information in this class, it is a great idea to purchase in advance when thinking about training your child. The videos are easy to follow and there’s some great tips. My daughter has started sleeping back to normal after 5 days! The live customized coaching from Alyssa and team is AMAZING and gold in itself.
