I was skeptical about taking Fenugreek to help with my breastfeeding but I’m so glad I gave it a try as I was about to give up breastfeeding altogether. It really helped me start producing sufficient amounts of breast milk and some extra to pump and save, plus it is easy on the stomach unlike some other supplements I've taken.
