I chose this ladder after much research and am pleased with the choice. It is good value at sub-£200 including the extension piece. The treads are deep and solid. The ladder folds onto the hatch so there is no issue with the (low) ceiling height within the loft, or with the thickness of the raised loft floor around it. It is a bit unweildy to open and close, especially with the extension kit, but I have got used to handling it easily enough.
