High quality; mic fits snugly, so there's no concern it will fall out while I'm teaching. Open top gives is genius, because it leaves the on/off switch and the antenna easily accessible, allows the mic clip to slide into the pocket, while also protecting the power box from soaked in sweat. Highly recommend to all fitness instructors looking for a great quality belt.
