This has been my first week using the Detox Guide and what I’m falling in love with is how much I enjoy eating the recipes and how respectfully I feel that I am treating my body. It’s only been 4 days in week 1 and while it’s not about weight I’ve lost 2 pounds. I feel great, I’m motivated to live consciously, and I definitely highly recommend this guide. It’s not your average diet guide that leaves you unfulfilled.
