This is a great little pump. For the price it does a really good job and I get a very decent output on the lower settings. It's incredibly gentle and comfortable and just a little louder than my old well known brand, but still doesn't wake a sleeping baby! I love that there are a load of extra replacement parts and cleaning is very simple
