“I ordered a replacement motor for my pump as one of them stopped working (bought a pair of pumps second hand so no warranty). I love wren pumps and am so impressed that they sell spare parts separately- so many companies make you re-purchase the whole thing so this was really refreshing!”

“I recently bought my pair of Wren wearable breast pumps and am absolutely delighted with them! I had used another brand of wearable pump for about 8 months and found that it was prone to leaking. The wren pump in contrast is really well designed and I haven't had any leaks yet after 3 or so weeks of using them daily. They are sophisticated enough to get plenty of milk in each session, yet very easy to use. The only potentially negative comment is they aren't silent, but that wasn't a priority for me. I'm really pleased to have got them just before returning to work, as I know I'll have reliable pumps that won't leak through my work clothes. Thanks Wren - very happy customer!”

“Battery life is not good put for charging for 2 hours than pump last for Express milk for 30 minutes. Device Get really hot while put on. flange size not work on me. I use Guide size still no luck. i contact with customer service about the problem i face but they haven't response me back. just waste of money. doesn't express any milk so much disappointed with the purchase .Device size is big compared to pictures what they show handy. And device is really loud too.”

Hello Sadaf, we have been in communication with you and we are yet to receive a reply from our email dated 8th August at 18:09 where we said if you are unhappy with your pump then send it back to our address. We also explained in that email that the battery issue you are experiencing is not an issue because whilst you can charge the pump for two hours it will automatically shut off after 30 minutes as a safety feature. Furthermore, we also said in our email that you need to ensure you are wearing a super tight fitting bra so the pump is flush against your breast. Please do come back to us so we can resolve this for you,

“With my first baby I used an Elvie pump and as I no longer had it I wanted to purchase another wireless one for my second. I didn't want to spend a fortune so decided to try Wren as a more affordable alternative. I'm so glad I did, it is just as effective and a fraction of the cost. The only feature it doesn't have is the app but in my opinion sacrificing the app was worth the saving. When I encountered a small fault, customer services had dispatched a new part within an hour of my initial email and have been incredibly helpful since. I couldn't recommend the product or service highly enough. A wonderful small business, with a brilliant product that cares about its customers. Thank you!”

“I bought a wren on the advice of a lactation consultant and couldn’t be more pleased. I have used several other brands and this has been the most comfortable and by far the most convenient. As a mum of 3 I am able to pump whilst getting the breakfast ready or getting a wash on. The customer service has been excellent too.”

“Overall I have had a good experience with Wren as a company. Generally customer service has been really good, e.g when I ordered my pump, a promo code wasn’t working and it was quickly rectified. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I got in touch to say one of my bottles had majorly discoloured (although I followed the care advice) which I am disappointed with, leaving me with just one bottle. I was advised not to use it.”

“Love my wireless single pump! Yes a little bit noisy but I can carry out other tasks simultaneously or away from baby. The valve needs to be replaced every couple of months in order to perform efficiently. The milk collecting shells are also great, I specifically wear them at night.”
