“Battery life is not good put for charging for 2 hours than pump last for Express milk for 30 minutes. Device Get really hot while put on. flange size not work on me. I use Guide size still no luck. i contact with customer service about the problem i face but they haven't response me back. just waste of money. doesn't express any milk so much disappointed with the purchase .Device size is big compared to pictures what they show handy. And device is really loud too.”

Hello Sadaf, we have been in communication with you and we are yet to receive a reply from our email dated 8th August at 18:09 where we said if you are unhappy with your pump then send it back to our address. We also explained in that email that the battery issue you are experiencing is not an issue because whilst you can charge the pump for two hours it will automatically shut off after 30 minutes as a safety feature. Furthermore, we also said in our email that you need to ensure you are wearing a super tight fitting bra so the pump is flush against your breast. Please do come back to us so we can resolve this for you,

“Not good for me, during the pumping most of the milk is split out and doesn't pull the nipple enough. The battery is last only for 30-40 minutes and is very loud the machine.”

Hello, Have you reached out to us yet? We're always there to help customers if they come across a problem with fitting or set up. It does automatically shut off after 30 minutes for safety reasons but then turns back on again. To ensure the nipple is correctly pulled through you do need to ensure you have the correct flange size which we can help with.
