“Overall I have had a good experience with Wren as a company. Generally customer service has been really good, e.g when I ordered my pump, a promo code wasn’t working and it was quickly rectified. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I got in touch to say one of my bottles had majorly discoloured (although I followed the care advice) which I am disappointed with, leaving me with just one bottle. I was advised not to use it.”

“My Wren pumps are working excellently! Slight drawbacks are lots of small parts, but nothing has gone missing yet. It doesn't seem to have as high a yield as other pumps I've used, but this is entirely made up for by them being reliable and completely handsfree - I can pump whilst I work, rather than having to sit and pump separately, meaning I can get on with my day.”

“I'm mostly happy with my pump. Positives: super fast delivery, good quality materials and convenience of being hands free whilst pumping! It pumps really well, no discomfort and straightforward. Battery life is decent. Negatives: the pump leaks, A LOT, if you bend forward at all which wastes so much milk and your clothes get soaked. I have double, triple and quadruple checked all the seals and attachments and instructions, and this seems to just be a design flaw or I'm super unlucky and received a defective one. I now have to make sure I only pump whilst wearing my house clothes just in case. Also there is no warning when the battery us due to die, which is annoying, so hopefully something they will update with future models.”

“I have 3 week old twins so desperately needed a good wearable so I can actually do things round the house during day time!! My wren arrived couple days ago and so far I LOVE IT. Have tried several other brands and I’m very pleased with how comfy my wren is, how good it looks, how much milk I can express wearing it! Just in general been a life saver so far”

“Love this pump so much. Its so effective and makes pumping with two little kids actually possible! The only downside is it does leak if ur not careful, ive lost quite a bit of milk by the slightest leaning forward especially when the container is quite full. Other than that, it’s great, not too noisy not painful at all and easy to clean set up and use.”

Hi Zahraa, Thank you so much for your lovely review. We are sorry to hear it its leaking as it shouldn’t do. Can i ask if you are using it with your bra on tight enough? It needs to be a really good snug fit in the bra. Also make sure you have the correct flange attachment in as you may need to size down. Feel free to message us direct if you need any further support (excuse the pun!) as we would hate precious milk to be wasted :)
