“Work pretty well, easy to use. Much better than cabled alternatives. But a lot more cleaning and sterilising than expected. Also some of the parts have warped in the sterilisation process which is disappointing”

“Unfortunately after two weeks using this pump, I have had to replace the flange inside the pump as it ripped, leaving it inefficient. I am really impressed by both the design and also the inclusion of the spare part, however, I did not expect to be buying more parts so quickly to maintain the efficiency. My partner has emailed them due to one of the pumps also stopping working, it was flashing all of the lights and wouldn’t let us switch it on and off- we have had no reply.”

“I have been using my wren pump for about 5 months now and absolutely love it! I bought some replacement containers and after sterilising them they have deformed and unable to use them which I feel is a shame as it didn’t happen to the other containers. I tried to raise the issue over their social media page to find out what could have caused it and still haven’t had a response. I would have given higher but this sort of ruined my experience with them”

Hi lovely, thanks for taking the time to review us and we are very glad you are loving your pump! Great that you are going strong still :) With regard to the bottles, I just replied to another review you left here about the same problem. We try to keep up with Instagram DMs as much as we can but sometimes they can get easily missed. We are still a small team/business - if you need a speedy reply, please always jump on the Website live chat where you can see on here people get a good level of service. You will get your new free bottles tomorrow along with a free bottle brush you can take to work. Sorry again for the warping of the bottles but please try to keep the sterilising in the microwave to 30 seconds, that's all they will need if fully rinsed before. Thanks, Hannah

“I ordered the double breast pumps and had a few issues with them. The customer service I experienced was great though. Hannah & Jody asked various questions to try and resolve the issues and even offered to give me a call to help. The issues I had were that I found the breast pumps leaked if I wasn’t upright when using them, so things like bending over to take the washing out of the machine or pick up my daughter weren’t possible when I was wearing them. Have read reviews for different brands of wearable breast pumps this seems to be an issue with lots of different wearable pumps. The pumps were also a bit bulky to handle a newborn with when wearing them. I think they would be fine with an older baby who can sit on your hip, but I found them challenging to use whilst she wanted to lie on my chest or he cradled. I also found the pumps were quite loud when used together. The website states they are 50 decibels but I think this is just the volume of one pump, the two together were far louder. My final issue was the strength of the pump. I found that the wired pump I was using before expressed almost double the amount of milk than the Wren pumps. This may not be an issue if you have a good supply but one of the main reasons I bought the pumps was to try and boost mine. As I said the customer service was very good, but unfortunately I made the decision to move to formula feeding so I cannot comment on whether the issues I had with the pumps could have been resolved”
