Weve had a slow go at reading with your daughter Emma (6). Initially she wasnt confident, would push away mom and dad when helping, refuse to read. We started tutoring and that helped a lot, to build the confidence. But I needed something at home to help her ENJOY reading and not want to have her main activity be screen time. With our first box from Ello, Emma finished all the books in one day and wanted more. She really enjoys the immediate audible feedback that she said all the words right, and the star rewards that earn you prizes is just another awesome tool. So now, wondering if we can get a 2x speed exchange! Ha! We are excited for new books and enjoying hearing her read.
