I purchased the scooter at the Brooklyn location , the sales person was very helpful and professional . I really enjoy riding it, and the accessories are high quality items. It is a lot faster than I imagined, and it handles well. It is also compact and does not take up to much storage space, as I am able to fold it and fit it under the seats in my car. . Great suspension and excellent customer service. I added the light kit / phone holder/ lock kit / storage bag / lift handle / shoulder strap and , a hook to carry a bag . Extremely happy with this purchase !!!
