First test run was great, did a pork shoulder and came out great. Next would try a leg of lamb or a 50 pound pig . Assembly was easy and fast but what takes time is peeling the plastic of it. I give it a 4 star cause the motor is loud and there’s lots of vibration around it. Overall i love it and very happy with my purchase.
